Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is on backorder or preorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
