Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- If an item is on backorder or preorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
